No problem. We have worked with many reluctant interviewees. After some initial hesitation, most of them find the process incredibly enjoyable. Once we get them talking, we will discover all sorts of fun stories you never knew about!
This gift is fully refundable if cancelled before the project is started. This gift is partially refundable after the project has started, as long as you cancel before your book is sent to print. Upon notice of cancellation, you will be refunded the full amount paid minus time spent at our standard hourly rates. The item is not refundable any time after the book has been sent to print.
We recommend allowing at least 12 to 20 weeks for completion and delivery of your final keepsake book. Fastest delivery is typically 8 to 10 weeks. This includes time to gather interview questions from your family, interview your loved one, create a custom layout, and print the final hardcopy. Please note, timeline for international delivery may be longer, and international shipping costs may apply for some deliveries.

Such add-on services can be quoted after your initial purchase.
